I have admired this pattern for a long while but waited to purchase it at the right time. I bought it during a sale and waited to get the perfect fabric for it. This gorgeous fabric was given to me by Fabrics for All in exchange for a review. I am happy to report that the pattern and fabric were a perfect pairing. This dress has had loads of wear already and nothing is about to change.

Pattern Sizing:

This pattern comes in sizes 0 -24 and with 2 cup sizes. I sewed my dress in size 2 and cup size A/B.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

Yes, it looked exactly as good as it appears.

Were the instructions easy to follow?

The instructions were really brilliant to follow.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?

I love this pattern however there is one thing i might change. The side hem is quite high up and I find it a bit short at the sides. I might lengthen it at the side hem by an inch next time.

Fabric Used:

I sewed up my version in a multi-coloured Cotton lawn which was given to me by Fabrics for All to review. This pattern is recommended for lightweight woven fabrics such as rayon challis, rayon crepe, rayon voile, cotton lawn, cotton voile, cotton shirting, linen and double gauze.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:

I am proud to say that I made no single alteration to this dress which is not common to me.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?

Oh yes, I intend to sew up this dress again and I might hack it to have a straight hem.

Conclusion:

I love the fringe dress and this gorgeous fabric is the cherry on top. I am almost sure I will be sewing up another (next summer). Thank you for stopping by. XX
